INU Employment & Career Fair

Incheon National University, which operates the University Job Plus Center project supported by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, successfully held the Spring 2026 INU Youth Employment Fair and Career Fair on the 12th and 14th of this month at the HakSan Library on the Songdo Campus, in cooperation with the Incheon Regional SMEs and Startups Office.

At the Employment Fair held on the 12th, HR teams from 18 companies participated directly to promote their companies and recruit talent. To support students’ career planning and job preparation, the Field Practice Support Center, RISE Project Group, Office of International Affairs, and Student Council also took part, drawing approximately 900 current students, graduates, and local young jobseekers to the fair.

Two days later, the Career Fair brought 25 INU alumni currently working in various companies and job fields back to campus. They shared their experiences and practical know-how with around 800 junior students, from preparing for employment to successfully joining companies many university students aspire to work for.

In addition, both events offered various experiential programs, including ID photo sessions, interview makeup and hairstyling, special lectures by current professionals, and food trucks, while once again raising students’ interest in employment and career preparation.

Meanwhile, the University Job Plus Center, which organized the fair, has been making continued efforts each semester to reduce students’ burden in job preparation and strengthen practical recruitment connections.

Young-su Lee, Director of the University Job Plus Center at Incheon National University, stated, “Before graduation, gaining information on various companies and job roles and preparing for employment and entry into society is essential for all university students.” He added, “We will continue to do our best each semester to ensure that this fair becomes a valuable opportunity for companies to meet and recruit outstanding talent from Incheon National University in advance.”

Soon-seok Lee of the Incheon Regional SMEs and Startups Office said that the fair with Incheon National University is now in its third year. He added that the event will continue to connect local companies with students and job seekers in Incheon.
